Under Acct>Maintain>Chart of Accounts, the columns can be reordered by dragging the column heading to a different location. However, after reordering the columns and printing to screen, the column headings will appear as reordered but the content of the columns remains in the default location. Thus the column headings do not match the column content.
When running a Statement of Cash Flows, the value for ‘Prior Year Current Period’ in all accounts within the “Beginning Cash & Cash Equivalents” financial statement section changes when run without the ‘Current Period Change’ for no identifiable reason. This ‘Prior Year Current Period’ column should total the Posted Transactions activity for these GL accounts for the same period in the prior year. We never achieve the correct value.
When the check budget and encumbrance balances icon is selected, and you attempt to print the resulting screen, it prints in portrait instead of landscape orientation
Completed E-Req shows an incorrect status of Final Approval in the Manage Requisitions screen. If the requisition is opened, the status on the detail shows the requisition as a Completed Request. There is no way to remove it from the Manage Requisitions Screen and it doesn't fall off after 45 days
Last Document Number fails to change if the Posted JV was created from a Recalled document. The next JV receives the wrong Voucher number if the user hits the + key.
The default table structure is incorrect. It is supposed to give the “default” value that you would get if you are creating a new org. These values are not current or updated properly. For example the Vendor Name is listed as 60 characters when it is actually 30.
