Performance Delays in Bank Reconciliation
Symptom
I just upgraded to FA100 v2013.4 and now I am experiencing performance delays in Bank Reconciliation.
Example: Just accessing the separate tabs takes over 13 seconds. When checking off transactions while reconciling, there are pauses for about 5 seconds between clicks. User was able to selecting 40-50 transactions per minute in FA100 v2013.3

ADO Error received in Customer ID screen
Symptom
I upgraded the FA100 database to v2013.4 and now received an “ADO Error: -2147217900 Error Code:-2147217900 is not defined in this product at this time. Go to support.microsoft.com/kb/q168354/for a possible definition of your error.”
when I am in Customer screen and selected any Customer ID.

Summary information on Reconciliation Register not available
Symptom
If you create a new Reconciliation ID and then select Print to Screen for Summary as the Report Type, receive message “There are no records available for the selected criteria”. It does print if you choose Detail as the Report Type but the information on the Summary page does not match the Summary tab for the specific Reconciliation ID.

When the Balance Sheet report format has one section set to use Segment Substitution and another section with GL Code, the report include zero lines when “Suppress Lines with All Zeros” and “Segment to Substitute for GL Account Segment” are both selected.

I have a saved statement of revenue and expenditures that I am sorting by a segment code ascending but it is not sorting in any particular order. This is only happen if I also have the “Suppress Lines with All Zeros” selected on the Options tab
