When selecting ‘Send me a passcode’ on the MFA message prompt on portalmip.com, the message: Error: Oops!  There was a problem completing your request.  Please try again, or contact your administrator if the problem persists.’ Is returned.

An additional message states: error sending passcode to <email address>

When attempting to login to MIP/Fundraising 50 or any Momentive Software application which requires Remote Desktop (RDP) the message The Login Attempt Failed appears.

After selecting either the MIP, Human Resources, Microix, Fundraising 50, or Forced Sign Out icon, the message: ‘<Org ID>.rdp could harm your device.  Do you want to keep it anyway?’ appears when using Microsoft Edge.

This article applies to users logging into MIP Single or Multi Tenant hosting

When logging into MIP Classic the message "File system error (-2147219194) is returned

When logging into MIP Cloud the user receives the message: "The user has no realms"

After successfully logging into the Customer Portal (portal.mip.com), the user clicks on an icon to launch an application.  The application opens – but then immediately closes.  The application is running on the remote server, but it is inaccessible on the local computer.

This can affect MIP Classic, WorkFlow Modules, and DrillPoint.

When logging into portal.mip.com the message:

The "Remote Desktop Connection" Application Cannot Be Started is returned

When launching MIP Classic or Fundraising 50 from the MIP Portal the message ‘Microsoft Remote Desktop Quit Unexpectedly’ appears.
