Unable to retrieve valid activation code

Symptom

When launching the Fundraising 50 workstation component, users receive the following error message: 


"Unable to retrieve valid activation code."

This message is a generic message indicating there are network connectivity issues.  

The workstation is unable to access the FR50 files on the server which are necessary to launch the product.   This may be due to network security settings, operating system settings, etc.  Check your firewall, UAC's, the FR50 Share directory properties on the server and any items which would prohibit communication between the workstation and the server.

If your installation was modified in any way from the recommended steps within the installation guide, you will need to apply each resolution as it pertains to your environment.  If this is beyond your ability, we recommend contacting your IT Administrator to perform these steps for you.

Error message converting your database from v8.02 to v8.1.

Please note:  If you received this error, your database conversion was not successful.

Cannot bulk load.  The file “C:\SageFR50 Share\bin\card_to_print.tx” does not exist.
