Symptom
Multi-user license indicates limit is reached when only one user is logged in.
Login error: The Fundraising 50 application requires exclusive use of the database, and the following user is currently logged in to the database: <username>. The user must log out of the database and open the application again, or log in as a different user.

Symptom
Change Record type feature in the navigator, to change an Org type record to Ind type, system returns a message that the Contact name card must be removed. Attempt to delete the contact name card, system erroneously returns message that you cannot delete the only name card with the Include in Browse and Quick Name Search designation. The org name card and salutation card in this record both have Include in Browse and Quick Name Search selected.

Hosted RDP connects and then the App closes immediately
Symptom
After successfully logging into the Customer Portal (portal.mip.com), the user clicks on an icon to launch an application. The application opens – but then immediately closes. The application is running on the remote server, but it is inaccessible on the local computer.
This can affect MIP Classic, WorkFlow Modules, and DrillPoint.
