Customer cannot use this report to see a listing of attendees for activities. It does not seem related to a missing or present table number either, as in my testing no attendees were registered to any tables.

Set up a default to populate your giving screen with a tender type of credit card and set up default on credit card screen.  When you insert gift now via defaults you will get an error

Past due tasks are not displaying in My Millennium tasks in red

When running a report to the queue, the log file indicates the following message
