Login Attempt Failed using RDP Access after Azure Migration
After my Organization was migrated to the Azure server when I try to log in I get a Login Attempted failed message when using a username and password that previously worked.
Windows Cannot Start The RemoteApp Program
When launching MIP Fund Accounting, Fundraising 50, DrillPoint, Human Resources (HR), or Microix/Workflow Modules, a message is returned stating:
Windows cannot start the RemoteApp program.

Hosted RDP connects and then the App closes immediately
After successfully logging into the Customer Portal (portal.mip.com), the user clicks on an icon to launch an application. The application opens – but then immediately closes. The application is running on the remote server, but it is inaccessible on the local computer.
This can affect MIP Classic, WorkFlow Modules, and DrillPoint.

DF-FA-27262-MIP Cloud Audit Trails System Audit/Summary Organization Audit Search Does not run and locks the system
Using Search box on the System Audit and/or Summary Organization Audit in MIP Modern does not allow a search and locks the screen.
Clearing Activity that is Locked
Unable to do an operation because the screen is locked by the current user or another user.
Vendor ID’s not Available in Display Vendor Balances
1. When you go to Activities>Accounts Payable>Display Vendor Balances there is nothing in the Vendor ID drop down and you are unable to type anything in the field.
2. When you go to Maintain>Vendors>Select a Vendor>Click the Display Balances Icon you receive the error “Vendor ID is required.”
