Why does the system return incorrect results when I attempt to find Constituents who have not given to a particular solicitation, campaign, fund etc or who have not attended a particular event?
Symptom
No matter how I create my query, the system returns Constituents who have given gifts or attended an event even though my query clearly states Solicitation or Event is NOT equal to XXXXX.

Conversion Utility returns a Bulk Load Data Conversion Error
Symptom
During the conversion of an 8.X database to version 8.1 or higher, the Conversion Utility produces an error message and the database will not convert (upgrade).
The error screen is similar to this:
As noted in the above screenshot, the Table Referenced (in this example - name) and the Row Referenced (in this example - 4147) will vary dependent upon the conversion issue.
