The Status Widget incorrectly shows campaign progress.

When advocates upload their personal images the image exceeds the webpage width or the image bleeds onto the form.

The Advocate search box appears rather than the personal Advocacy Center

After registering as an Advocate, Advocate Confirmation Emails are not received

When the Leaderboard is enabled some Fundraisers do not appear in the list of names.
 

The total amount raised on the Status Widget displays the incorrect total amount

When configuring the Team Status widget and selecting Save a message stating ‘You must enter a value’ appears; however, the system doesn’t note which field(s) need values

Please note:  Please refer to KB 2416 if you are attempting to enable the Join a Team feature so that fundraisers can join the team of their choice.


When completing a registration form a team name needs to be entered in the Team Name field.
 

An Additional Donation made on a Registration form appears as Offline in the Fundraisers Commitment Center.

1. Select the appropriate Fundraising Campaign
2. Select Widgets
3. Commitment Center Widgets>center hyperlink
4. Goal Personalization>Edit
5. Allow Changes>Yes
6. Goal Choices>Add Choice
7. Enter the number of choices you would like the Fundraiser to select from
8. In the Fundraiser Commitment Center select Edit
9. The Fundraiser will be able to select from one of the available Goals, including Custom Goal.
10. Select Save to save the updated Goal.  Both the Fundraiser Center and the Fundraisers Status widget will display the goal selected by the Fundraiser.

After registering to an event as a Fundraiser the registration fee is not tallied on the Fundraisers Status Widget.
 

After completing the form to join a team, the Team Name is blank in the Team List
