DF–M16896-IIS crash on post transaction following server reboot, IIS reset, or worker process recycle

Symptom
If the IIS is scheduled to be reset nightly and a user has insert/update still displaying on their screen and the next morning clicks insert/update, the IIS will crash and users will experience “You are not properly logged in” message after clicking update.

Symptom
After adding the Source (giftsource) field to Allocation Insert screen template, you receive an Error Code 264 - The column name 'giftsource' is specified more than once in the SET clause.

Modify the SET clause to make sure that a column is updated only once. If the SET clause updates columns of a view, then the column name 'giftsource' may appear twice in the view definition.
