I have installed 2013.4 and when I upgrade the database I receive a failure from 2013.3 to 2013.4.

If the database fails to upgrade to 2013.4 on the first attempt for any reason (e.g.: lack of free disk space on server or log file growth has been restricted), it will not upgrade successfully on a second attempt after fixed the original issue
