Garnishment calculation uses the column of Garnishment Amount instead of the Adjusted Amount column

The system is unable to update Deduction Amount for Garnishment when the Net Pay Before Garnishments column is less than the Garnishment Amount column, since the calculation uses the Garnishment Amount column instead of the Adjusted Amount column.
