State Code error negates seamless import of AFO transactions when donor’s State (non-U.S.) has an abbreviation greater than 2 characters.
Attempt to allow system to Add New Codes to the table will return a message regarding the State Codes:
"The state codes were not added due to unusual data. These states will need to be added manually."
