When attempting to add the Bank Reconciliation Module the following error displays ‘Error Message “The database schema changes required for the new module failed. Error: ExecuteNonQuery failed for database ‘NpsSqlSys’. An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.
