The following error is found in the Cmdcrystal.log file in the Queue folder on the reporting server:

Symptom
Opening rpt in crystal reports message is "Unable to write to Y:\Bio\$$ Export for file - mini bio.rpt, it is read-only or opened by someone else"
There is a mapped drive that is set up as a share.

Reporting-Prompting by Event code returns 0 records

 
1. Select Reporting>New Criteria>Event
2. Select the Event Profile report
3. Run the report with the existing default criteria:
           Select all Event where Code from Event is equal to '<a prompted reply>'
4. When prompted select any Event code and click OK
4. In Q Management the report generated:
 
          Report Name: cj event code User: cj
Run Date: 01/26/2018 10:19 AM
Notes: Report completed, selecting 0 records.  Total Time: 00:00:03

Users experience the error message below when clicking Insert to add a Guest row onto an event registrant record after clicking on Create a Non-Constituent Guest link.
