Fundraising 50 is not correctly reading the Fundraising Online data feed when the Registration form has the Multiple Registration option enabled

When attempting to update the Display format on the Form Display tab the message “Forms accepting multiple registrations must be multi-page” is received.

The option to enable multiple registrations displays as Disabled

Donors are able to submit $0 transactions

When Internet Explorer 11 is the default browser and either an Abila Administrator a donor is accessing the out of the box Fundraising Online form the message: 'Your browser is no longer supported because of recently discovered security vulnerabilities.  Please upgrade your browser from Microsoft' is returned.

"Your card was declined; please check the expiration date" appears when entering a credit card payment and the organizations merchant is Authorize.net

Symptom:  Date and time values are blank in transaction reports when previous transaction has exact same date and time
