Using Segment substitution with the name of Budget and Budget in Selected Columns produces error. “Budget Code or Group Code can not be simultaneously selected for both Item(s) by Page/Report Body and as a Segment to Substitution for the General Ledger Segment.”

Symptom
HR Leave Balance report filtered for a specific date range is displaying a Doc Ending Date of 12/31/2991. The underlying data pulled by the report may also be incorrect. Employees with recent pay dates are showing a last pay date earlier in the year. Date populates the report for that earlier period, rather than the filtered range.
