MIP Accounting

The summary asset ledger does not include a large partial disposal into the depreciation balances and Net Book Value of an asset. As a result, Depreciation is greater than the value of the asset and the net book value is negative.

If an asset transfer session is transferred in summary and includes both regular depreciation and an adjustment, the regular depreciation is dropped from transferred session and not booked in the General Ledger.

If full disposal of an asset is included in the same transfer session with regular depreciation and the session is transferred in summary then the disposal is dropped and not posted to the GL.

When selecting ‘Send me a passcode’ on the MFA message prompt on portalmip.com, the message: Error: Oops!  There was a problem completing your request.  Please try again, or contact your administrator if the problem persists.’ Is returned.

An additional message states: error sending passcode to <email address>
