When I export a financial statement using the red door icon , my .csv includes an odd symbol, ‘þ’

When checking my available budget or attempting to post when the Check Available Budget During Posting is turned on the system doesn’t seem to pick the budget up. When I run a posted budget transaction report I see that budget amounts exist.

Reports display and print fine, but when exporting to Excel codes, amounts or titles will go to an incorrect column

Unable to print or e-mail reports to PDF from the application.  Error messages may include printer not activated error code -20, -30, -41.

The message ‘All licensed seats are currently in use’ displays when attempting to log into Abila MIP Fund Accounting.

Initiating the download of the lastest version, causes the server to stall

An error message was received during the transfer of Payroll to Accounting.

The employee cannot be changed to Terminated status.  You receive an error message that states “The status cannot be changed because there is a current Timesheet or Payroll Calculation for <Employee>.”

When attempting to access the Merge/Rename feature for Vendors or Customers, the icon is grayed out and unavailable to select.
