County Field sort - alpha by county rather than State, then county
 

From the Private Cloud, when sending an email via Quick Email the Email Address the Donor receives displays NPSUser@sagenpshosting.com rather than the email address entered in Email Addressing Options.
 

When attempting to print to PDF in Fundraising 50 "Printer not active, error code -30" is returned

Multi-user license indicates limit is reached when only one user is logged in.

Login error:  The Fundraising 50 application requires exclusive use of the database, and the following user is currently logged in to the database: <username>.  The user must log out of the database and open the application again, or log in as a different user.

When attempting to save a report or query containing a Defined Field where the name exceeds 40 characters the system returns:

Upon logging into the FR50 database after an upgrade, the following error is received:



Selection of "OK", allows login to proceed but the error is received upon each subsequent login

When entering a known employer name in the Employer Name field on the Volunteer card, user receives message:

“No Constituents by that name were found. Would you like to add this constituent now?”

The system allows for the same Attribute Category to be selected multiple times.  When the user saves the report by selecting the Save button the report disappears from the report menu. 

When you query in SQL Management Studio using select * from re_report order by name, the report uq_id number has changed from the default to some random number.



To correct the uq_id you must find out what the correct uq_id is in the Training database then run an update script to restore the report in the Standard Reports menu
 

When attempting to use Quick Email or Email in Reporting the system returns "Unable to logon to a MAPI mail session.  Unknown error"

Attempt to run GL Export to MIP Fund Accounting the process times out with error:

FR50.exe Has Stopped Working

When registering new guest on the event card in constituent record the name comes out incorrectly.  It is shown as lastname;firstname under All Registered Guests.
 

Events Reports-List of Guest by Event-Unduplicated displays attendee name incorrectly.  It is shown as lastname;firstname under attendee
