Symptom
MT Hosting user can log into portal.mip.com but receives an error after starting the RDP process.
Windows cannot start the RemoteApp program.
The following Remote App program is not in the list of authorized programs:
MIP Fund Accounting(MFA)
For assistance, contact your system administrator
Cause
Unknown
Resolution
Raise Support Management so they can get IT Engineering to investigate. The problem seems to resolve itself after waiting for some time.
Additional Information
Be sure verify the customer is using portal.mip.com and there are no orphaned locks on their account.
Hosted Analyst may need to manually edit the RDP download and change from rdsbr02.mip.com to rdsbr01.mip.com
