Scenario 1: If you are not seeing your local drives when exporting reports to Excel from abilaonline.com, select Network > tsclient and then the desired local drive, e.g. \\tsclient\c or select \\tsclient\c from the favorite links.




Scenario 2: If you are still not seeing your local drives when exporting to Excel or saving files from the portal.mip.com environment after going through Scenario 1 above, log out of the product and get back to the portal.mip.com web page.

1. On portal.mip.com, click the desired product.
2. The RDP prompt will come up as seen below. Click Show Details on the bottom left.

3. Ensure all checkboxes are checked for ease of use but in this case, make sure Drives is checked.
4. Click Connect.
5. After your product loads, you should be able to see the drives when exporting to Excel or saving files from hosting.
