Cause
A user group in Millennium had a "/" in the group name which is not permitted. This data may have come from customer's original data conversion.
Resolution
- Go to Tools > System Upkeep > User Security
- Delete a group with ‘\’ in a group name (e.g. OFFICE\group1) if there are no users in this group This issue has been solved by deleting OFFICE\millsql1svc group under User's Maintenance.
