How to Change the Name of a MIP Database?

            1. Have all users log out of MIP
            2. On the Server, open Management Studio

           
            
            3. Connect to the Server/Instance that contains your Sage FA databases (Ex: MyServer\SQLExpress)
            4. Expand the <Database> folder
            5. Right click on database (here called ‘example name change’) and select <Rename>

           
            
             6. Rename database and select <Enter>
                       
            
 
            7. All users will now see the new organization database name when they log in
