Answer: Below is a list of services that when you contact MIP Support, we will need to contact the appropriate team on your behalf. We will work with them to get your issues resolved.

Sales - Customer Account Manager

  • Purchasing additional seats, databases, or modules

  • Information on currently owned products or adding new modules.

  • Upgrade orders for Gold or Diamond support

  • Requests to add MIP Cloud modern to an existing Multi-Tenant Cloud classic only account.

  • Requests for Custom Training contracts

  • 800-811-0961 (Press 1 for customer, 1 for Sales, then press 3 when prompted for account manager.)

Sales - Customer Care

  • Requests for renewal contracts

  • Maintenance & Support agreement questions or payments

  • Sending quotes for renewals that will be paid via credit cards or invoices.

  • Decommissions from a cloud environment.
