Answer

There is a way see the names of most of the reports that exists in MIP, default and custom created.  It is limited on what it shows.  
 

  1.  Open MIP on your primary monitor, it only works there. 

  2.  Use the Navigator.  To turn on the Navigator go to View at the top > click Navigator to place a checkmark next to it to turn it on. 

  3.  Open the Process Manager under View > click Process Manager to place a checkmark next to it to turn it on. 

  4.  Expand Accounting and click on Report Manager. 

  5.  In the center pane you will see the list of categories for reports:  Lists, Transaction Reports (Check Register will appear under this), Analysis Reports, Financial Statements, Financial Statement Formats, Assign Report Groups and Report Binder. 

  6.  Click on the title of one of the categories and in the Process Manager pane on the right you will see a folder or folders populate. 

  7.  Expand each folder to view the subcategories.  To view the specific reports under each subcategory you will have to expand that. 

  8.  The default out of the box reports will have "<>" around the name.  Custom created ones will not have the braces. 

 

Additional Information
  • There is no way to export the information or copy/paste. 

  • The Payroll and Requisition reports cannot be opened/viewed this way. 

  • Financial Statement Format, Assign Report Groups and Report Binder will open those activities and they are not a list of reports. 

  • Under Lists you will find Financial Statement Formats.  This report will list all the formats and details of each.  It is an editable report. 

  • You can run a report with the saved settings by double-clicking the title/name. 

  • If you right-click the name/title of a report you can perform these 3 actions:  Edit, Run and Add to Favorites (this will add the report to the Favorites tab in the Process Manager).
