Symptom
Millennium users cannot create output for custom report but the SA account can run the reports
Cause
Users do not have sufficient permissions to custom views used in custom reports.
Resolution
Custom views were created for custom reports. System administrations must manually give select permissions to these views either to the SQL database role or specifically the SQL user. The Millennium front end will not grant the permissions on these custom views.
Additional Information
The runcrystal.log file may have errors similar to the following. Notice custom table names mentioned in the log file.
