The 'sa' account is trying to change a user's password in the Millennium user interface.
The password is changed successfully but the change password log file indicates the following message:
2016/5/5 14:16:03==Password Change Attempt for User: abcdefg
Attempt Password Change on Primary Server for User: abcdefg
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] 'abcdefg' is not a valid login or you do not have permission
*SQLExecDirect Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Invalid object name 'userlist'.--S002 Statement: DSN=Web SQL;UID=millennium_admin
2016/05/05 14:16:03==Password Change for User: abcdefg has failed.
