Symptom
When copying an existing Millennium group or user, the new group does not show up in groups nor user maintenance.
When you click copy, the system indicates copy is in progress but the copy is not successful.
This is occurring in version 2015.x-2016.1.2 of Millennium but fixed for 2016.1.3 with a new millsys.dll and millsys.pdb file.
Turning on a SQL Profiler Trace results in the following user error: Could not find stored procedure 'sp_addgroup'

Cause
In SQL server management studio run the following query
select @@version and check results
The cause is -CU13 in the SQL version

Update to SQL 2014 SP2 but not apply auto updates
