Symptom
When logging into Fundraising 50, version 2022, the message returned is:
Activation Code:
Unable to retrieve valid activation code
Cause
The user workstation was not uninstalled and reinstalled after upgrading to Fundraising 50 v2022
Resolution
Because of security changes in version 2022 the workstation will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Please see KB 2001 to for workstation installation details.
