Symptom
After editing an address in online constituent directory, the address disappears for further editing.
Cause
If the Locator field is not included in eDirectory display design for Address, the locator flag is deemed empty and the address will no longer display for editing.
Resolution
Add the locator field to display design for eDirectory Address view. If that is not possible, the filters for the Address display in Online Constituent Directory can include the following “Select all Addresses where Update Key from Address is greater than 0”
