Cause
There could be a number of reasons why DECLINE_GENERAL: CREDIT VOL EXCEEDED 0.0000 is returned.

Resolution
Either process the full or partial refund in the Virtual Terminal or contact Paya at 877-470-4001 for assistance.
Process the refund in Fundraising Online but select the option Yes - log that the amount has been refunded
