Having issues with printing from Abila Products on the Abila Private Cloud Platform.
These symptoms include:
Delays when selecting a printer to print to.
The list of printers is missing your printers.
Seeing an incorrect list of printers.
Receive a NPSAC32 Error (Not Responding) when printing.
Possible temporary problems with printing on the terminal server you are logged into.
Contact Abila customer support. Have the user ID you are logged in with and your company ID/Serial Number ready. Abila support will check to see if there are any possible issues with the Terminal Server you are logged into.
