Symptom
A new HR Management user receives the following error when trying to login.
Cause
The new user has not linked their MIP and HR logins. This can also occur after migration to an existing user.
Resolution
The user will need to login to MIP. Ensure that the Navigator is enabled by going to the View Menu. Navigator should have a checkmark next to it.
Go to HR Management on the navigation pane and click it to launch HR Management.
