Symptom
When running a report in the MIP Cloud Web User Interface getting a “Your report is Generating” at 0% and never responds.
Cause
There is an issue with the Modern Service.
Resolution
Contact MIP Support to report the issue either through chat or calling 800-945-3278.
This is usually a temporary problem so try again later.
