Answer
  1. Go to Administration > Organization > Organization Settings

  2. Select Account Level Security

  3. Select Activate Account Level Security

  4. In the Account Access, choose whether the user should or should not have access to the selected accounts. This can be helpful if there are a few codes they should not have access to. The Deny Access box can be used to reduce the number of accounts that need to be Allow Access option.

  5. Choose the option Print Account Level security Disclaimer on Reports if you would like a disclaimer printed on the report. The following note will print in the report header with an asterisk after the report title “This report may be affected by Account Level Security”

  6. Add a check mark to each segment that should apply to these settings


     

  7. Save
