How do I modify the number of hours in a pay period by processing group if they do not conform to a 40 hour work week but want 100 percent coverage (FTE Rate or Full Time Equivalent Rate)?
 
Answer:
 

  1. Log into HR Management.

  2. Navigate to Options>Settings>Process Group Setup.

  3. Adjust the Normal Hours per Pay Period or the Number of Regular Payrolls for the appropriate Process Group and Save.

  4. The following message will display, choose Yes.

  5. If only the Normal Hours per Pay Period are adjusted, it will update the Hourly Rate and Pay Period Hours in the Employee Information on the Current Pay tab.
