How to reimburse Employee Expenses through Payroll

1. Create a new Earnings code
2. Select Contribute to net Pay Only. 
3. To enable the Contribute to Net Pay Only checkbox, clear the track Labor Hours checkbox.
4. The calculation method defaults to ‘Amount on timesheet’ and the Taxes tab is disabled.

 
Note: If this box is selected, this earning code is unavailable to use for calculation using Maintain> Benefit Codes, Deduction Codes, Leave Codes, and Worker’s Compensation Codes.
