As promised earlier this year, we have important updates regarding the banking changes resulting from the Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) situation. We assure you that the Community Brands' business and financials are safe, and this permanent solution has been created and established by our financial experts. Below you will find all the banking information you need to securely submit payments for your solution software.  

Community Brands is our parent company of multiple solution software brands, including MIP Fund Accounting. As such, the legal name is Community Brands Holdco, LLC.   

We have also included the following documents, which you will find in the links below:

• A formal bank note confirming the change
• An official letter from CFO Mike Henricks on Community Brands letterhead
• Community Brands W-9

Important:  

• If you use more than one Community Brands product, feel free to just send one payment. Please be sure to notate your invoices to ensure the proper appropriation of funds.  
• If you are set up for autopay, you will need to update the routing number.
