Please note: The Community Brands University training resource is currently only available for these products:

  • MIP Fund Accounting or MIP Cloud (Multi-Tenant or Modern)

  • Fundraising 50

  • Millennium


If you need training services for a different product, please consult the Community Brands' main website and choose your product to locate additional resource locations.

This site uses the same credentials as our Knowledgebase, User Community, and Support Center. 

If you already have a username and password for one or all of these tools, you may log in to Community Brand University.

Use our Support Center Chat by clicking 'Chat Now" and selecting the Abila University channel to register for a new account.
If chat is not available, you will be prompted to fill in a form to send an offline message to our team.

  • Enter your information on the chat form and select "Submit" to chat with our team.
  • This chat option is normally available M-F,  8 am to 5 pm CT excluding holidays.
  • The after-hours form will direct your chat message to our team for the next business day.


From the main support page at https://mip.com/support  click the 'Chat now" button under the Chat header.

  • Select Abila University as the chat channel from the form and click "Submit."

  • ​This chat option is available M-F, 8 am to 5 pm CT excluding holidays.
  • After hours this chat will send you to the Support Center landing page. click on MIP Support, then on "Chat Now". Select "Abila University" and 'Submit", then fill in the offline form that sends to our staff for the next business day. 
  • Click CB University on the right, click on Community Brands University, then you can access the Course Builder to view available content while waiting for login credentials.
