Email addresses cannot be shared by multiple contacts.

Email addresses cannot be changed online for the Support Center, KB, User Community, and Community Brands U.

Log a ticket requesting an update from the Support Center

During support hours you can call 800-945-3278 press 1, enter your account ID, and then press 0 to leave your message requesting this update. After hours you can contact Support Triage
If you need to update your email address for the Multi-Tenant Cloud, you can do so from the Customer Portal.
