Symptom
Running a 1099 for Vendors with a Pennsylvania Filing State and getting a message that First and Last Name are required.
Cause
Pennsylvania has additional requirements that Vendors who file under an SSN and who receive a PA state 1099 must have the first and last name on the form. First and Last Names are not data fields that are recorded in MIP, therefore cannot be passed to Aatrix.
Resolution
Manually type the first and last name of the vendor into the Aatrix grid
