1. Launch Windows App from either Finder or the Launch Pad
2. Select the Plus sign at the top>right of Windows App>Add PC
3. In the PC Name field enter the IP Address of your server
4. In the Gateway field enter: rdp-gateway.mip-cloud.com
5. In the Credentials field, select Add Credentials then select the Add button
6. Enter your credentials in the Username field: mip-cloud\user.name and your password, then select Add
7. Select the Display tab and check Start session in full screen and Update the session resolution on resize then select Save
8. Select the Devices & Audio tab and Save:
- Check Printers
- Clipboard mode: Bidirectional
9. Select the Folders tab and then the Plus sign. Also check Redirect folders
10. Select Home and then the folder you want to save your files to so that you can export files locally to your computer.
11. Select Open
12. Select Save
