Symptom
After the upgrade to MIP v2021.1, the following error occurs during the database upgrade process:

Cause
This is a known issue in MIP V2020.1 caused by the presence of HR tables that exist in the database which have not been updated properly.
Resolution
There are 2 options to resolve this issue:
1) Contact MIP Support to for a script to remove the HR tables. This option operates under the assumption that the HR data is expendible (having not been used or updated since 2015). It is possible to back up the MIP database, store a copy for historical reasons, then remove the HR tables.
or
2) In SQL, rename SIP_BenefitPlans_RMBS to HR_BenefitPlans_RMBS, this will allow the MIP upgrade process to ignore the outdated tabular data and continue with the required upgrade process.
