Symptom:

When running v2022 Fundraising 50 installer the following message appears:
Error 27506 Error executing SQL script SqlScript2 RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally (3013)

Cause:

SQL Express 2008 is installed

Resolution:

Uninstall SQL Express 2008 and install SQL Express 2019 from KB 28141
