Symptom
If the IIS is scheduled to be reset nightly and a user has insert/update still displaying on their screen and the next morning clicks insert/update, the IIS will crash and users will experience “You are not properly logged in” message after clicking update.
Cause
The issue has been confirmed as a product defect and has been reported to our Research and Development team.
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in Millennium 2013 update 5.
