Symptom
Instead of the Navigation panel there appears a hodgepodge of different colors and possible disjointed text
Cause
The issue has been confirmed as a product defect and has been reported to our Research and Development team.
Resolution
Work Around: Fix Available for v. 7.9.4 Sites
Status: Fixed in 7.9.4.1
Installation instructions:
- Stop the IIS, Millennium Assignment Service, and Queue
- Click here to download 672584_M16476.zip
- Unzip the contents to the root drive where the Inetpub folder is located.
- Verify that the files were delivered correctly
- Restart IIS, Millennium Assignment Service, and Queue
