Symptom
The Donor Count column on the Financial Summary by Gift Code Report displays the incorrect amount when more than two Solicitations are in the list
Cause
The issue has been confirmed as a product defect and has been reported to our Research and Development team
Resolution
While a full resolution is unavailable currently, we offer the following workaround(s) in the meantime:
In the on-screen report select Export then summarize the Donors column
