Reset Password Instructions for :

If you have forgotten your password for the User Community, click here to be routed to the password reset page powered by NetSuite. 
You must log in to the Support Center and update the temporary password you are sent from NetSuite first!  Log in with the temporary password you received, and click the ‘Reset Password/Sync’ link on the right under Administration.  Once updated, log out of the Support Center and use your new credentials to log in to the User Community


Reset Password Instructions for Business Partners:

If you have forgotten your password for the User Community, click here to be routed to the password reset page powered by NetSuite.  NOTE: This will reset the password for the KB, User Community, Training, and NetSuite Partner Portal.
You must log in to the NetSuite Partner Portal and update the temporary password you are sent from NetSuite first!  Log in with the temporary password you received, and click the ‘Reset Password' link on the right under 'Settings".  Once updated, log out of the NetSuite Partner Portal and use your new credentials to log in to the User Community



Request New Access Instructions:

If you have not been registered for the User Community or any of the other Support or Training Resources, you can request access thru our Chat Support, (click the "Live Chat" online button).  Available M-F 8 am to 5 pm CT excluding holidays.  Select 'Community/KB/Support Portal' from the Product Menu.
Outside of these hours, contact SupportYour request for new access will be sent and processed on the next available business day.
