 The v2021.1.1 State Tax Update contains Payroll tax changes for the following states: 
  

  • Idaho
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • New York
 

Please note: 
For on-premises customers our delivery method has changed, we are now publishing updates via the MIP Workstation Update Tool. 
 
 Please see KB 27101 for detailed instructions on how to use the MIP Workstation Update Tool for downloading and   installing Payroll Tax Updates. 
 
 As with prior versions, applying Payroll Tax Updates will not change the version of the software found under MIP > Help > About MIP. However, in Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features you can confirm the Abila MIP Workstation   Version will change after the update is successfully applied. 
 
 This update should be applied to all workstations where payroll could be processed.  
 
 Only apply this update to MIP workstation version 2021.1 or higher. 
 
To complete the update process, you may need to adjust your State Unemployment and or Other Tax code, rates, wage limits or Amounts.
